Carl Wellenstein is a career strategist and coach who is an expert at working with those in mid-career who are searching for a new job or exploring a career change. Carl specializes in working with individuals who are at least in their late twenties through their late fifties or early sixties, who have had seven or more years of work experience and who have held executive, manager, senior staff, administrative, or professional positions.

If you are interested in having a coach or having a coaching session regarding a specific issue, here are the three general areas that are commonly requested that might be of interest to you:
1. Career Overview Assessment
This is a 90 minute telephone conversation with Carl Wellenstein where he will address your specific questions and give you recommendations and advice that can enhance your job search or help you clarify and pursue your career options. To enable Carl to prepare for the session in advance, you would need to send him your resume or bio along with any information that would help him to understand your situation.
2. Sponsored Career Coaching Sessions
This is a brief career session offered to members of an association or attendees at a conference where the organization has arranged for one-on-one career conversations with Carl Wellenstein. These sessions are typically limited to answering specific questions. To get the most from these session, we encourage participants to send their resume and questions to Carl in advance of the session.
3. Career Coaching
Long-term job and career search assistance and support for those in mid-career.
Conditions and Guarantees
If you agree to a coaching session and fail to register for that session within 24 hours, we will release that time to others. If you register for a session, paying for it in advance, and later believe that the session did not meet your expectations, your fee will be refunded.
